- I called Joe on a Monday morning and he was at my house just two hours later. Amazing. I had a small 1-inch crack on my windshield on my Tesla Model 3 from an errant rock and Joe took care of it in just 15 minutes! While you can still see a small mark where the outer layer of the windshield was damaged, the crack is completely gone and I can drive the car now w/o worrying about the crack getting larger.
